Buddhist Thought of the Week

So is it possible to see the limitations of thought and give it its right place, and therefore giving the right place to thought brings about clarity - right? We mean by right place - the art of that intelligence which comes through investigation, through exploration, that art - the very meaning of that word is to put everything where it belongs, put everything in our life where it belongs, and to find out where it belongs you need tremendous intelligence. - J. Krishnamurt

Welcome to Fog City

The skies over SF are gray and fog rolls in over the hills. It's a romantic and sexy time in my City.

Currently sitting here procrastinating and spending a few minutes working on this post, watching tv and preparing to go to work. Oh, and I'm making a song. I should be doing some stuff for my building but here I am. Sitting here naked and wasting time.

This morning Music and I went for a jog about the hood. Then we slept most the afternoon away.

Well, I guess I should get going over to Matthew's.

Feeling a bit stiff in me lower back but I guess I'll survive.

Peace Y'all!!!

Buddhist thought for the Week

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it. - Buddha

pAin iN tHe bAck

If it's not one thing it's another.

I've hurt my damn back once again. The funny thing is I don't have even have an interesting story to tell how it became injured. I was hurt while I was asleep and I woke up to it aching badly.

Sigh...If it's not one thing it's another.

Tomorrow will be an interesting day for the Democrats. Looking forward here to seeing Sen. Obama finally acknowledged as the Democratic Presidential Nominee. It's been a long and tough road for both Hillary and Barak. It's time they both realize that they each other and will be better served helping one another.

Time will tell if they both can come to this conclusion.

Let us alla hope for the success of them both. Becasue I can't deal with a Republican in office.

I just can't! The thought just gives me a pain in the back!

Buddhist thought for the Week

He whose in-flowing thoughts are dried up, who is unattached to food, whose dwelling place is an empty and image-less release - the way of such a person is hard to follow, like the path of birds through the sky. - Buddha

Election Day, Obama, Marriage and a Prayer

After receiving over 20 pamphlets and a San Francisco Voters Guide, casting my own vote yesterday, today is a great day for politics in America and the World!!!!

Barack Obama triumphing over Hillary Clinton and the California Supreme Courts refusal to put same-sex marriages on hold triggered jubilation in my household yesterday and today!!

John, a old friend staying with me, Music *my Anatolian Wonder Shepard* and I have been bouncing around on Could Nine the last two and a half days!!!

The three of Us have been taking long walks, singing, listening to music, doing laundry, preforming studio and building upkeep, engaing in deeply interesting conversations, eating fresh fruit, doing hot sex and following my creative machinations.

It's been a good/great last few days!!

The weather is perfect here in San Freakcentercal with the current temperature at a perfect 65 degrees.

We shall have a new President in the White House soon.

Let's hope and work at making it Sen. Obama!!!

Blessings on my Country and the World!!

I'm proud to be an American and I pray we all continue to change, learn and grow together for the betterment of all creation and mankind!!

Peace & Love To Everything!

Amen.

Buddhist thought for the Week

To experience love, we must go inside. When you experience real love you get into a state which is beyond words. You are filled with a joy that goes beyond all emotions. True love is the love of the inner Self. - Swami Muktananda

Buddhist thought

In Buddhism, it is said that those who commit any of five grievous sins (gogyakuzai) invariably fall into the hells of incessant suffering. These five offences are: 1) killing one's father, 2) killing one's mother, 3) killing an arhat [a well accomplished monk or nun] 4) injuring a buddha, 5) causing disunity among the community of followers.

Little Red

Little Red Riding Hood is skipping thru the forest road when she sees the
big bad wolf crouched down behind a log.
'My, what big eyes you have, Mr. Wolf.'
The wolf jumps up and runs away.
Further down the road Little Red Riding Hood sees the wolf again
And this time he is crouched behind a bush.
'My what big ears you have, Mr. Wolf.'
Again the wolf jumps up and runs away.
About 1/4 mile down the road Little Red Riding Hood sees the wolf again and
this time he is crouched down behind a rock.
'My what big teeth you have Mr. Wolf.'
With that the wolf jumps up and screams, 'Will you knock it off, I'm trying
to poop!'

San Francisco is Hot!! Gay Marriage Win's in California!!!!!!!!!!!!

The weathermen tell us the heat in the Gay Area today will reach up into the mid 90's.

My fair City rarely reaches such temperature heights and when it does all I want to do is head out to the beach and run around with the overheated naked people.

Instead of heading towards the Pacific Ocean I'll spend most my day sitting around in the nude with all the windows to my apartment open. My private parts wont be on display but I'll still remain cool and comfy.

I've already taken Music out for her morning walk and my cute pup started panting the moment her paws hit the pavement. She cant take off her fur but she still walks around in the nude.

My last few weeks here have been fair ones.

BREAKING NEWS!!!

THR CALIFORNIA SUPREME COURT JUST OVER TURNS THE BAN ON GAY MARRIAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. I'm speechless.

THANK YOU CALI SUPREME COURT!! There isn't much news on it right now and the details are still being released but today is a great day for California and it's Gay and Lesbian citizens.

Wow!

Being a parent is hard work and those that do it well while raising healthy and happy children should be commended!!

So, cheers to all the great Mom's and sort of Mom's out there!! Keep up the great work!!!
