Words have the power to both destroy and heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world.

BUDDHIST THOUGHTS!
One of his students asked Buddha, "Are you the messiah?"
"No", answered Buddha.
"Then are you a healer?"
"No", Buddha replied.
"Then are you a teacher?" the student persisted.
"No, I am not a teacher."
"Then what are you?" asked the student, exasperated.
"I am awake", Buddha replied.
"No", answered Buddha.

BuddhisTThought
On life's journey Faith is nourishment,
Virtuous deeds are a shelter,
Wisdom is the light by day and Right mindfulness is the protection by night.
If a man lives a pure life nothing can destroy him;
If he has conquered greed nothing can limit his freedom.

buddhisTThought
A
family is a place where minds come in contact with one another. If
these minds love one another the home will be as beautiful as a flower
garden. But if these minds get out of harmony with one another it is
like a storm that plays havoc with the garden.

foolish people are idle, wise people are diligent.-Buddhist Quote

[Through zeal, knowledge is gotten, through lack of zeal, knowledge is lost; let a man who knows the double path of gain and loss thus place himself that knowledge may grow.]

These Last Few Weaks
These last few weeks have been interesting, at times sad but ultimately reassuring.
My life and relationships are on one hand consonant, calm, stable, strong and steady. The few people I call friends are as much a part of my family as are the humans in which I sghare that link with.
I need and cherish these humans as much as I need the air I breathe.
Unfortunately , as the weeks slip past, some of my interpersonal endvors showcase to me a much different, unstable, transition and weaker relationships.
This last class of relations gives me much to ponder. While at the same time, energeticly pushing me ever onwards towards only pursuing involvements that are healthy, productive and mutually beneficial.
Life is a constant influx of new humans. This is a blessing and yet at times a curse.
I pray to the universe that many, many, many more blessings stop at my life's window of opportunity!!

Buddhist Thought
[Good men and bad men differ radically. Bad men never appreciate kindness shown them, but wise men appreciate and are grateful. Wise men try to express their appreciation and gratitude by some return of kindness, not only to their benefactor, but to everyone else.]
